^^ Doesn't help, Bellz.

HAHAHA sorry, I tried to reply on my phone earlier and I guess I did that.

The point I was making is currently there is a place where citizens can discuss assembly matters, and a place where citizens and residents can discuss assembly matters.  It's two forums for a very similar purpose, which makes for fragmented discussions and more difficult to track the conversation.

I just want residents to be able to post in this place, and then we can get rid of the other area of the forum.

Did that clear it up?

Trying to remember why we changed that in the first place and the only thing I could come up with was that the Charter specifically had language in it which stated only Citizens can post in the Assembly area.

I believe that language has been removed but am not positive.  If it was the only issue I can see with that is outside orgs lobbying in the Assembly.

For the record, under my delegacy, and if the chair of the assembly agrees, I would like the private assembly halls to be used only for discussing foreign relations and national security issues.  Any other topic should be in the public assembly forum.

To the best of my knowledge that's all we've ever used it for.
