2.Refrain from threat, harassment, or abuse against any nation in The South Pacific.





3.Refrain from working or plotting against the Coalition of The South Pacific, or giving assistance to any state or region which <del>the</del> the Coalition of The South Pacific is taking preventive or enforcement action.

Completed phase one of a review of the citizenship rolls. Identified several citizens who lack a nation in The South Pacific.Will review forum activity some other time.

I believed under the recently changed law you're empowered to remove invalid citizens.Then I realized that hasn't passed yet.
