INTRODUCTION
 
RECOGNIZING that The South Pacific (TSP) has made many milestones since its inception.
 
BELIEVING that these milestones should be recognized, for the future generations to come to learn of the works of their pioneers that helped shaped the region to its current glory.
 
HEREBY calls for the establishment of a Bureau of History, which is to be merged with the existing Bureau of Cartography to form the Bureau of Cartography and History, to celebrate the events of the past, present and future, that have and will continue to shape the region.

I think that this idea has some merit, albeit we might want to reword some of this, but my major question revolves around whether or not anyone will actually RP with the map. If so, I'm all for this.
