<strong class='bbc'>Article I:? Definitions</strong>
<strong class='bbc'>1.</strong>? Ad Spam is hereby defined as a message posted by a region other than The South Pacific intended for the purpose of promoting that region.
<strong class='bbc'>Article II:? Restrictions on Ad Spam</strong>
<strong class='bbc'>1.</strong>? Recruiters shall abide by the following provisions in posting advertisements for regions on the regional message board.
<strong class='bbc'>2.</strong>? No Messages Shall be posted which:
? ?? (1) Are over ten lines in length;
? ?? (2) Use excessive capital, bolded, underlined, or italicised letters;
? ?? (3) Use excessive punctuation marks;
? ?? (4) Are insulting or offensive towards other nations/regions.
<strong class='bbc'>Article III:? Recruitment Advertisement from Feeder and Sinker Regions</strong>
<strong class='bbc'>1.</strong>? There will be a zero tolerance policy for any ad spam that is posted by a fellow Feeder or a Sinker region.
<strong class='bbc'>2.</strong>? Any Feeder or Sinker that posts Ad Spam on the Regional Message Board may face further diplomatic penalties that are not described in this law and will be decided by the Delegate and Minister of Foreign Affairs.
<strong class='bbc'>Article IV:? Enforcement/Punishment</strong>

<strong class='bbc'>1.</strong> The Delegate will issue a warning under the 3 Warnings Law and/or suppress/ban the recruiter via his/her judgement on the violation.
<strong class='bbc'>2.</strong> Any member of The South Pacific may notify the Delegate when a post is believed to be in violation of this legislation.
<strong class='bbc'>Article V:? Appeal</strong>
<strong class='bbc'>1.</strong>? Any region that believes they have unfairly been issued a warning or have been suppressed and banned for violating this law may appeal the punishment enacted by the delegate.
<strong class='bbc'>2.</strong>? The Minister of Justice will hear the appeal as described in Article 7 of the Charter
