Cabinet Officials</strong>



<strong class='bbc'>Article 9 - Responsibilities and Authority of the Delegate</strong>



1. The Delegate?s power is only binding as long as they hold the Delegate position. All Ministries and official arms of the Coalition bow to the will of the office of Delegate, not the individual nations wielding the power.



2. The Delegate shall be the Head of State of the North Pacific as well as Commander-in-Chief and First Diplomat.



<strong class='bbc'>Article 10 - Powers of the Delegate</strong>



1. The Delegate shall have the full authority to appoint a Cabinet made up mandatory positions alongside any other posts the Delegate sees fit.



2. The Delegate shall have the power to issue Executive Orders which will carry the full force of policy and law.



<strong class='bbc'>Article 11 - Duties of the Prime Minister</strong>



1. The Prime Minister shall be the elected Head of Cabinet Affairs. The Prime Minister shall be commissioned to co-preside over the South Pacific Cabinet and structure goals for the body. The Prime Minister shall be the head of Domestic progression, including the immigration, integration, and retention on the forum.



2. The Prime Minister shall also be permitted to submit recommendations of Cabinet level structure and alteration to the Delegate while the final say resides with the Delegate.



<strong class='bbc'>Article 12 - Election of the Prime Minister</strong>



The Prime Minister shall serve a three month term starting the 5th of a given month. Campaigning for the post shall be opened by the Delegate one-week before the date polls open, and all candidates shall be required to state their intent to run.



<strong class='bbc'>Article 13 - Minister of Interior</strong>



The Delegate is required to appoint a Minister of Interior who shall be the overseer of recruitment and immigration of the region. The Interior Ministry shall advertise the forum to newly created regions and keep the RMB active and vibrant.



<strong class='bbc'>Article 14 - Minister of Foreign Affairs</strong>



The Delegate is required to appoint a Minister of Foreign Affairs who shall be the overseer of relations with foreign regions and responsible for maintaining The South Pacific on a world stage.



<strong class='bbc'>Article 15 - Minister of Security</strong>



The Delegate is required to appoint a Minister of Security who shall be responsible for keeping the region safe from attack and organizing all regional defense forces.



<strong class='bbc'>Article 16 - Statement of Authority</strong>



All Ministers shall answer to, and ultimately be under the authority of both the Prime Minister and the Delegate. In event of contradicting orders, the word of the Delegate shall be superior over the word of the Prime Minister.



<strong class='bbc'>Article 17 - Impeachment</strong>



1. Any government member may be impeached for incompetence or violation of The South Pacific law.



2. The Regional Assembly may impeach and remove any government official with a 2/3 supermajority.



3. The Delegate cannot be removed in this fashion
