This looks good to me. Considering I wrote / edited some of it, it better be, lol (minus the cool names on that one proposal though, haha)I would like to see more input from people in the region, also, but it is something that we can't force people to do either. I am terrible at detecting the intent behind silence - it could either mean someone is too busy or just hasn't checked up, someone is simply okay with it and going the flow, or someone is so mad that they are not going to say anything at all. I'd like to think it's more of the first one than any subsequent scenarios. Let's at least keep this open a bit. But we need to keep people informed that this is open as well. Too often these things die because they're drawn out with only 2-4 people talking. So, please, if anyone's reading this, we want to hear from you! Does it look good? Is it bad? Is there one thing, after skimming it over, that you'd change? Are you against change altogether? Do you like puppies or are kittens equally cute? We'd like to hear from you!!*EDIT: as a further note, maybe to encourage discussion, we should divide this charter up into sections, like legislative, what defines a citizen, judicial, etc? Putting a large document into smaller chunks tends to encourage more responses as it does not look as overwhelming to critique / comment on. That'd be a big suggestion at this time.
