I would think putting messages about this region's governments affairs is not "Move to my region" spam. Your already in the region. RMB stands for Regional Message Board and even if you made sure the board always contained a "We're coming alive! Click here" link, THats a ergional message, not spam.If your only allowed to post once a day about regional events, then NOBODY will see it as its bumped off the board by weather reports and "join my region" blather. The general consensus will log in , see the usual because there is "nothing new about the region" and it will be status quo with the masses.Coming into the forum, hitting PORTAL, then new messages won't lite any posts here and hitting Active post for the day gets it buried between 10 off topic games. YOu need to find a way EVRYONE sees it and the RMB works.Again, just my 2 cents.
