Delegate Election Amendment

A Delegate needs time to do their job. We can't have a perpetual system of elections going on. We have to set some common sense limits.

If you want the 'challenge' feature to remain, we should limit how many challenges and get rid of the mid-term poll of confidence.

Perhaps we insert a clause banning the losers of an election from invoking the toaster clause until after at least one vote of no confidence?

My thought on it is if the Delegate is doing their job good enough there should be no need for any banning of any Nations, therefore by rights the Endo Cap would be unnecessary because it would become moot.

I say that because I know it to be true, if the Delegate is taking care of greeting new nations and what not in NS then by rights the endorsements will keep going up on the Delegate and not on anyone else, and if Intel or Security keeps an eye on things then they would note anyone that is making a "run" for the Seat and can inform the Government before it gets out of hand....just a thought.

I think this is a tad optimistic, but broadly speaking correct. Any delegate who wants to stay delegate will find themselves using their powers at some point, be it to remove an illegal run on the position, hold of a coup, shut up a puppet run by a foreign power, or so. Intel and Security's job is to do the legwork so the delegate knows who to ban/eject.
