I still don't think we should just pass the proposal, we need to amend/strike out lots of parts of the Law of Succession to prevent conflicts in law. (Which is more complicated to do, and will take much more thought to write that kind of proposal.)

I was just checking that and yes basically it would. Although that expelling being held a week thing will certainly need to go, you can't have a race like that with two nations and expect that a week later we are going to have the same Delegate in place, it could honestly change hands at the very next update and so forth.....maybe require that the contender move out until next update and then come back of their own free will and if that does not happen then it would be a ban after an emergency type of vote here on the boards?......meh ramblings from me again go figure.
