Article I: Definitions
Clause A: Ad Spam is hereby defined as a message posted by a region other than The South Pacific intended for the purpose of promoting that region.
Article II: Restrictions on Ad Spam
Clause A: Ad Spam (as defined in Article I, Clause A) is hereby banned from the South Pacific if it violates the provisions herein.
Clause B: The following restrictions will apply to Ad Spam;
Section I: Ad Spam may not exceed four lines in length.
Section II: Ad Spam may not contain excessive formatting in the form of improper Capitalization, Punctuation, Bold, Italics, or Underlining.
Clause C: Recognizing the absurdity of allowing foreign regions to insult natives of the South Pacific any insult by a foreign nation against a nation or group of nations resident within the South Pacific will result in an immediate ban of no more than one year in length. Such a message may come through Ad Spam or other means.
Article III: Enforcement of This Act
Clause A: Except where otherwise outlined in this Act all violations of it's provisions shall result in warnings under the Three Warnings Law.
Clause B: As nations may be banned under this Act and then return under a new identity any ban under this Act shall apply to the Person rather than the nation.
Clause C: Unless challenged before the Minister of Justice the Delegate will have the supreme ability to regulate and enforce this Act except where limited by law.
Clause D: All violating Regional Message Board Posts will be suppressed at the discretion of the Delegate.
