I have written the program bistmath mentioned. A few points about the survey:[*:29mnb7n2]So as not to hammer the servers too bady, I did a survey of country types instead of a census.

[*:29mnb7n2]The percentages will be accurate to within three percentage points 19 times out of 20.

[*:29mnb7n2]The sample is not strictly speaking random: I chose random pages from the (alphabetical) country lists rather than random countries. I do not expect this to matter.
