In an announcement from Astarial, Secretary General of SovCon, this evening it was announced that after just four months SovCon is disbanding. The reasons given were due to there being too many "stumbling blocks and a high level of mistrust. The statement also pointed out how SovCon had made several great military accomplishments including a raid on The Greater German Reich and the ability to cross the raider/defender ideology line when a common interest was in the mix.

SovCon was originally announced back on January 30th with the intended Charter members of The Rejected Realms (Whose Assembly voted down joining), Osiris, Gatesville, The Pacific, and Equilism. Gatesville departed the organization last month.

The South Pacific worked with SovCon on several occasions since its founding. High ranking officials were also a vital force in aiding with returning the South Pacific to the hands of the Coalition. While the organization was not successful it was a very ambitious undertaking and will be looked at by future organizations of its type. SPINN wishes all members of SovCon the best in their future endeavors.
