Milograd's Ban Length
#1
Since Ant has called upon me to decide a ban length for Milograd aka Carta, as is usual practice, I shall leave it to the Cabinet to deliberate on how long the ban shall be.

From legal precedence, such bans are permanent (ie Punk D), and we should actually set a sort of "parole period" I believe, eg (5 years, 7 years) before the ban can be appealed.

I'd like to hear the Cabinet's thoughts.

EDIT: Also, how would we ensure that he'd give the apology for the defamation charge?

He won't give the apology. I banned him because his trolling isn't going to go on any longer.

Treason bans are indefinite.  You can look at Haxstree's ban for such.

Indefinite can be read as 'eternal unless something really extraordinary happens'.
