Preamble
In order to preserve our Democratic Process we hereby enact this legislation to allow for a Special Delegate Election.

Article 1: Â Election Process
<ul class='bbcol decimal'>[*]Elections will begin on Monday, June 3rd and follow the time table for a regular election. [*]The 7 day requirement to run and vote is lifted for the purpose of allowing new members to run. [*]The Election Commission will be comprised of three members of the board moderation team not running in the election.</ul>
Article 2: Â Expiry

I'm assuming that the 7 day lift means that new nations will be able to run, but not vote? That's interesting.
