Resignation
#1
I think that I should also put this up here. Smile

Hello!

It has been four weeks since we had regained our region back. It is very heartening to see the region free once more, TSPers rebuilding our region, and people participating in our beloved democracy. We are moving to a new era for TSP, to a brighter and better future.

I believe that my work as Delegate is done. Ever since joining the TSPers' fight to take their region back, I had made it clear that I will be here to return the power back to the people. I am simply going to take the delegacy from Milograd, let the region settle down, lay down the foundations to rebuild, and pass on the delegacy to someone chosen by the people of the South Pacific.

Henceforth, I am resigning the Delegacy of the South Pacific, to be effective once the region has chosen my successor. The Chair of the Assembly, Belschaft, is drafting an enabling law to allow an election to take place. After which, we are going to have delegate elections so that you can choose the next person to lead our region.

Thank you very much and have a nice day! Smile

Although we knew this is how this was going to play out, I'm sad to see you go. You've done a tremendous job, both here and in-game. Smile

true, but hes standing down because thats what he said he would do. I think that kind of loyalty should be rewarded and he should be nominated for Del.

Then again... thats what Julius Caesar did...

I think you've done brilliantly Brutland and Norden. You adapted and did what was needed in a difficult situation. Well done.
