A Petition to the Delegate

[Milograd]

It has come to my attention that the banishment of Milograd from The South Pacific has not yet been lifted. I have not been convicted of any wrongdoing by the court of The South Pacific and therefore I request that my banishment be lifted immediately, and that the same is done for my other unjustly banished comrades. Unless The South Pacific has chosen to disregard the belief of innocence until guilt is proven, there is no reason that my nation should be banned from the region now that my endorsements have been cleared. Traditionally, cap violation bans are rescinded after an update passed.
