We have temporarily suspended voting rights of Milo in our council and we will be addressing this issue in the near, future. Please notify me if this is not required. It will take a 75% vote to remove Milo from the council. If it fails to reach 75% we will be in Violation of our Treaty with you.
 
If thats the case can we start to work on a new defesnsive treaty without a criminal clause? We were proud to stand with our TSP brothers and sisters during the recent insurection.

Thanks for contacting us regarding this. I've always hated 'no harbor' clauses in treaties and as don't view what Lazarus does regarding this as anything to do with me, but I'm sure we'll have an official cabinet position for you at some point.
