The new admin in Balder and a former Delegate, by Night has been found to be altering votes that haven't been cast as of yet in the race for Balder Delegate. We have made several attempts to contact forum administration staff in Balder but keep getting the answering machine of the United Defenders League.
We first became aware of this after a conversation with a prominent member of the Belschaftian Government. This person was responsible for vote manipulation in Balder previously and stated "This attempt at vote manipulation is awesome but will not stand. Balderan citizens are way tooooooooo smart for anyone to get away with that. I know from experience."
SPINN Tabloids immediately put our investigation team to work and have uncovered this attempt at manipulation of uncast ballots. This has been confirmed by our sources. The Balder Delegate race consists of Rachel running unopposed.
