Charter Typo Amendment
#1
<p style="margin:0px;">Whilst reading the Charter today I've spotted a minor contradiction. Article 5.2.4 reads as follows;

<p style="margin:0px;">

<p style="margin:0px;">"The Delegate is responsible for making sure all nations abide by the endorsement cap as established by the Cabinet."

<p style="margin:0px;">

<p style="margin:0px;">Whereas Article 6.2.2 reads;

<p style="margin:0px;">

<p style="margin:0px;">"The Committee for State Security is responsible for establishing and and enforcing the endorsement cap."

<p style="margin:0px;">

<p style="margin:0px;">As such I propose amending Article 5.2.4 to the following;

<p style="margin:0px;">

<p style="margin:0px;">"The Delegate is responsible for making sure all nations abide by the endorsement cap as established and enforced by the Committee for State Security."

Seems sensible to me.

I've spotted a few more typo's that I'll be putting amendments up for piecemeal. I think voting lots of times on small amendments is easier than trying to bundle it all into an omnibus act, especially as there is a 75% approval margin needed.

Yeah and reading one omnibus amendment for all the corrections could be quite fatiguing. I do appreciate that you caught this discrepancy, though.

So....motion to vote?

Logical, though, I think eliminating the sections that DONT need revising, and only quoting the clauses that need amending, would be best. One vote of 75% is going to be better than 12 votes of 75%. Especially if all we're doing is correcting typos and little contradictions...

I will hold off on moving this to vote until I can figure out whats really the best way to do it...
