CSS Nomination: Penguin

Hello Assembly.

 

I'd like to nominate Penguin for entry into the Committee for State Security. Penguin has actively served TSP in many capacities and has contributed to and improved the region greatly. 

 

In light of the events of the past several months, I'd like to increase the membership of the CSS with vetted TSPers.

 

This is the time for us to work on recognizing members who are active and positive forces in the region and give them the responsibility and honor of helping protect the South Pacific.

Normally I'd be reluctant to support someone without considerable existing security experience for the CSS, but due to the current strength of the body at present I feel that the loyalty and integrity of nominees is the most important aspect. I don't think there is any question about Pen in regards to either.

Ill be giving this another 20-24 hours for a full 3 days discussion. After that, it will be combined with Tsu and Rebeltopia, and moved to vote.
