i want to totally restructure the SPA. i have nothing against Belshafts way of doing things, i just think there should be a hierachy set in place, not all leaders should be equal and a seperate leader will help any new recruits.Do i have to take it to assembly to change this or can i just get on with it.

it may not be law but there is a army structure in place and i want to make major changes, so if i need to take it to the people then so be it.

Per the Charter I believe you can form it however you want. If you think it should be law so it doesn't change every time we get a new MoS then a bill can be brought forth in the Assembly.

Yep, I guess sort out your structure then put it to the vote? Army contiuity would be useful.

Executive policy in the matter is up you, so you can change it anyway you like.I'd recommend maintaining the division between officers and enlisted personal (and my shiny rank badges), but a formal command hierarchy may be a good idea.
