its not so much the ministry more the departments within it, my idea is to have three departments covering homeland security, army and intel. the departments will work this way, Homeland security will keep an eye on endorsements and any unusual activity in the region, the army is pretty obvious, with intel doing exactly what it says on the tin, the only difference will be the army who will have a separate head or general who will help with the running of the military.
