Spiritus

With the approval of Escade, I have an informal conversation with Tim about TSP-Spiritus relation, particularly military cooperation. Tim relayed that Spiritus would like to work with the NSA on defenses and perhaps in Warzones. More discussions would need to take place, of course, between Tim and myself. It would also be a good idea to include Southern Bellz and Spiritus' military minister, Karputsk.

 

Tim said that Spiritus is fine with our treaty with TNI. Unlike TNI, Spiritus would not consider meeting each other on opposite sides of a mission to be a relationship-harming event. I think that's really promising.

Personally I'm very fond of Spiritus, so I would fully support a closer relationship with them. I would wait to have SB's input, but I have no objections about it.
