So, let's assume we wnat to make some radical changes, much more so than discussed in the "executive proposal" thread (thosecould be an intermediate step, for example). For that I just want to post some wild ideas. As such, they are most likely not all (or all not 
) good ideas, but that's what brainstorming is abouta) A region like we have now, but with only one institution: an assembly, with the delegate to lead the assembly.
