After a debated judicial reform plan fell through last term, it is my goal that we have a working court system in TSP. The Supreme Court exists to protect the rights of citizens and it has been in disarray for some time.

 

1. Comprehensive Judicial Reform

Now that a Chief Justice has been elected we need to get a working court system in order.  

 

2. Mock Trials with MoRA Coordination

Based on establishment and coordination with the South Pacific Compact.

 

3. Comprehensive Review of Laws and Policies

I'd like to review our laws and policies especially where some of them conflict or don't exist in a clear way. For example, we don't have an appeals process in place right now.
