Apparently, he wants back into TSP. I don't specifically know what he did in *this* region, or the region's thoughts on this, but yeah. He contacted me on MSN and found my s/n, so here's pretty much the convo that too place:

Yeah, we are kinda big on that. It wasn't his being a general asshole about practically everything, it was the way he stalked underage girls, then tried to claim it was their fault.The little fuck ought to be banned from NS entirely

We (the mods, myself, and the current delegate of TEP) got Gov removed from TEP's forums. Needless to say, it was not a difficult task. His previous ban was lifted when Phedre took over and Loop was looking for help in numbers to support the old regime. It didn't really work.Still, TEP wants to have relations with TSP again. Though it is not my jurisdiction, I think this is a good idea. Any thoughts?

The current delegate is a native by the name of "A Slanted Black Stripe". I speak to him on AIM, and he seems to mean well, but he's not very experienced, at least from what I can tell. He's still getting used to the idea of ejecting tarters.
Elections are going to occur after a resolution on the constitution is made. They're currently voting / reforming parts of it, so we'll see where it goes. But so far, it looks good.

Govind is a complete sidewinder...He is manipulative of others, prays on those that he determines as being weak, or an easy target, usually when they have something he wants...He does not have a dividing line between his online and real life personas...Too much cross over and if he was up to the tricks in real life that he pulled in TSP then the police would have been involved and I am sure he would be listed on some sort of register somewhere...He has no regard for personal space, he does not understand appropriate behaviour...He has no respect for others and would not know the truth if it bit him on the arse...He is dangerous and TSP will have no dealings with any individuals of that ilk...His view of reality is severely twisted/warped and he is not welcome...Not at all...Does that say it clear enough... ;-)
