At 1:40 the afternoon, 300,000 Hall Empire troops and 15 air wings have moved from the home country and occupied a 200 square mile are in the South Pacific. Hall Empire's President Hall claim this was a foreign "military base and exercise." Several reports say that this was an act of war and no communication of scheduling was made. Hall empire is waiting for a telegram to be sent from the Delegate of the North and South Pacific. They are also awaiting and dispatch of policy for joint military operations

I wouldn't take it seriously, and would just ignore it. They seem to just be wanting attention to me, and they don't seem like a threat, at least not from that. Let us know if they take it any further.
