I feel like the requirements aren't necessary. If the region wants to mask someone as a HF, they should be able to regardless of what roles they served in. I support this proposal but I would like to see that changed.

This was breifly talked about when we made the addition if citizenship removal, and some wanted strict requirements, and some didnt... most didnt like the idea of a separate masking at all. I think the requirements are necessary; as members come back, then disappear, then come back, and leave again, ect. Im not sure that those are the right requirements, though... just an idea...

As long as it goes through, In the charter or informally, I think its something that needs doing... As long as the delegate/cabinet can make the call...

Or the longest servin' delegate of an occupied region...Anyway, that's why I said those requirements or a majority vote of the cabinet. I think a cabinet vote should override 'em, even the criminal requirement.
