Etiquette for increasing endos?

What is the etiquette around here for Cabinet members increasing their endorsements? I think I'm at the lowest endorsement level of anybody in the Cabinet, because I've never gone around exchanging endorsements. If I were to do that, should I alert the CSS? Should I get permission? What's the deal?

I would definitely start to endo swap, but I would just do it slowly and be mindful of the cap.

Yes, GR you can endo swap and even post on the RMB asking for an endo swap.

 

It's not exactly easy to get to the endo cap, I'm still figuring out how to encourage people to bring up endos for the rest of the new CSS members.
