This certainly raises an issue. Given Milograd's reason of being in the IRC channel as "but mods are asleep", I wonder if the Cabinet should be advised to add more moderators to watch over the channel across different timezones?

I unbanned him a week or so ago for a one night thing. Must have forgotten to re-instate the ban. Also the IRC channel isn't cabinet or even government run.

I could care less about the IRC... Its the region (in-game and the forums) Im be worried about...

I don't care if he is on IRC in theory, but I certainly don't want him to start being friendly to people and for folks to get the idea that he should be allowed back.

He has stated multiple times that he wouldn't come back even if he was allow back in ever.

Which is funny, as a nation or 2 of his has been seen entering TSP...

If somebody of questionable trustworthiness shows up on IRC and there aren't any ops around, just don't talk about anything consequential.
