I'm very pleased to announce that Arbiter08, formerly deputy minister of regional affairs, has been appointed as the Minister of Regional Affairs for the duration of this term.

Arbiter08 has been an active and engaged deputy. He produces resident spotlights, creates and participates in role plays for TSPers, and is helping organize TSP's upcoming inter-regional games.
