Sometimes a Minion gets so attached to their Minister that they leave with them. Then, the MoRA constructs a new mascot for the next minister based on a neural analysis.

This leaked video of a MoRA holiday does not represent typical government activities. However, according to the charter these activities are not illegal and what the Ministry does in its free time is their own business. Also, the Ministry would like it if Minion stopped leaking videos that make him seem heroic.
