[*]That all individuals possessing Citizenship who participated in the South Pacific Socialist Republic (SPSR) be prosecuted for their actions, unless exonerating circumstances can be shown

[*]That they cease all activities against TSP within seven days of the passage of an amnesty bill by the assembly

[*]That should they apply for citizenship they disclose their SPSR involement

I'm good with that. A lot of them it was the first time they did gameplay. Please don't do research into the first things I did in gameplay.

Those seem very reasonable and adequate proposals. It would be beneficial to further clarify what is meant by "activities against TSP", as it may be clear to some of us but to others (specially SPSR supporters) the current ambiguity might work to their advantage in denouncing oppression (ridiculous as that accusation may be, but still).

I can second this upon a discription of what "activities against TSP" intails.

I had in mind sedition on the RMB/by TG, endotarting, etc, but it's a moot point as a de-facto unconditional amnesty has been enacted for almost everyone.

If there's a statute of limitations on sedition, we're quickly approachin' it.

Sedition isn't a crime in of itself, but TSP has no statute of limitations.
