I shudder to think of some of the delegates we could have had since I've been active had this been implemented earlier. Which brings me to another point: Let's say that we've got Delegate A over here, and Delegate A (trying to be politically correct...I know it's hard to believe ) is doing a good job, but Delegate A gets voted out in favor of Delegate B, a relative newcomer. Delegate B promises many things, and starts to deliver. But, halfway through Delegate B's term, he/she declares Martial Law and suspends everthing and boots the closest people in endorsements (a la Francos Spain). Delegate B is now firmly in command, achieved easily and painlessly (for him/her, of course). We now have a new Pacific Region on our hands.Call me paranoid, but I'm just a little worried about it. I'd rather have potential invaders have to work to get it, rather than just pretend to be our friend. Heck, I can pretend to be a real pain in the butt, but I don't out of choice.
