Ok, well I finally got NS+.  Sierra Lobo is the only one at 127.

Then I don't see a huge need to alter the cap.


Further, I think 150 is about the right level; no one has enough updaters to make a run for the delegacy from that level, whilst it means there are plenty of high endo/influence nations around in case of a rogue delegates.

I'm two endorsements shy of overtaking Belschaft's count.

JW how we deal with 2 people at or above the VD but are on the CSS?

Well, legally I have to overtake them, so either they need to decrease their count or I need more endorsements.

Generally speaking these things take time. Now that the css are listed in the wfe it'll take longer, but assuming that Kris is endorsing people and the css isn't he should overtake us eventually.

I can't endorse anyone else, so my job is done to a certain extent. It's B&N who has to stop endorsing people though, he's second in endorsements now.

I'll probably take the CSS off the WFE in a couple of days.  At least until more members are added.
