My scientists at Santiago Medical Academy are developing a snap-freeze countermeasure. It freezes the zombie for 1 day. According to research, the mortality rate is 55%. So far, the scientists are 70% done. The next step is to find a brain-sweep virus. So, add Main Santiago to researching zombie vaccine.
